In trying to upload image files I have found that any image below 2MB uploads fine. Anything over 2MB gives an "Upload Failed" error. The maximum file size in the advanced settings screen is zero. I have tried setting it to 3500000 but the same result.
Any ideas?

what about "upload_max_filesize" in php.ini? Is php.ini under your control so you can change it?

The site is hosted at Godaddy. From what I understand there may be a folder "etc" that is not available to me. I will be talking to tech support to see if there is any way to access this file.
