Hello again,

Still using 5.2. I am wondering - can you add custom search panel options? I have a date field, it uses the calender picker, but I want to add a search option to search only rows from a certain month, or week range. How do you add custom search options? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

make sure you've checked Show search panel option in the List page settings dialog on the Visual Editor tab.
Then you can click Show search option in the generated project and select range of the 'date' field as between.
Any other solution requires a lot of custom coding in the generated files. Unfortunately we don't have a ready to go solution for this.
best regards,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I see what you are saying, it is useful. Not exactly what I wanted, but I understand that there are just limitations as it is right now. One more quick question, though - is there a way to take out the rest of those options on the search panel so ONLY the date option is left?

Hi,

check 'date' field and uncheck all others in the Quick Search column on the Choose fields tab.
best regards,
