Hi,

I've made extensive use of online conferencing as a coaching medium and would suggest that the same be done for PHPRunner, because it is a fantastic way for members to help each other.

The idea is simple. This is an idea that the admin may want to run with or that a member may want to implement. The process is as follows:

1. Setup an account with GoToMeeting or Yugma. (Yugma allows a free account with the number of attendees restricted to around 7 (?))
2. Send out an invitation to members to attend a regular weekly webinar.
3. Once the members are logged in the presenter / coach can share his / her screen and show participants how to solve problems in real time. Participants will be able to view the presenter's screen as the presenter moves through the explanation. The beauty of the system is that the presenter can give screen control to a user so that the problem the user has can be displayed to all participants, making learning interactive, really powerful and effective.
4. It provides a great way to ask questions and for participants to interactively help each other.
