I'm seriously considering to buy the shop cart template.
however on the demo site , the cart works but when I want to check out to paypal it shows cart empty :

Items to be purchased
Item Quantity Price


Order Summary
Subtotal $0.00
Shipping & Handling $0.00
Estimated Taxes $0.00
Order Total $0.00

But the cart is not empty .. so it send me to paypal with a 0.00 total. Is this a bug or is this made on purpose?
By the way,are all your templates in english only ? or do they have translated content ( like on phprunner it self) ? ( I need french strings). If it's not translated I could do it for french: any discount then on my licence?

I tested it again and sometimes they are strange things : the qty is not updated when clik on " update " on the cart, the cart is empty some time for no reason. the pay by credit card shows : email: and a number .. a bit strange. also you use sandbox emails but you link to real paypal not sandbox so we cant test ipn etc..

we've fixed bug with NULL values.

I wasn't able to reproduce errors with Update button and credit card. Could give me more detailed description on how to reproduce it? You can send it to support@xlinesoft.com as well.

Well I just bought it. I did this because I thought It would be easy and quick to get a site running with it.
But actually the template is in beta state. They are quite a lots of bugs and in the structure itself they are many things that were done and than abandoned, it's really a raw developer template. So It might not be the solution for you if you need a running site in a hurry.
I will still use it because I dont know much about how to handle sessions and that's mostly why I needed it.
Phprunner without this add on doesnt have standard template to handle sessions and cart and if like me you know almost nothing about it...

I suggest you really spend some time on the live demo shopcart to see what you will get. But be aware that there is no help file included so you end up with lots of database tables without any information on what does what.
